Introduction

Welcome to my blog, where I pour out my thoughts and opinions. I write on all kinds of stuff, from philosophy and cosmos to social issues. Most of the writing is pretty old and has been residing in my Notes app in bits and pieces, gathering digital dust but I guess it's better to structure it and put it out.  Every post's title would be an original quote, and the body would contain explanatory text. None of my thoughts are original, and I personally believe we can say that for everyone. We all get our first knowledge from the world and then formulate our thoughts and opinions based on that. But I at least try to filter out what's wrong and what's right based on my personal morals and principals, unlike the vast majority who never break out from the generationally implanted beliefs. Not that I have a superiority complex, but if everyone thought about everything they do just a little bit more, the world would be a much better place. Also, be cautioned if you don't lik...

We can't comprehend the gigantic and inconceivable flow of the universe because in the infinite grayscale tale of the cosmos, we are merely a colored exclamation mark, a miraculous existence we call life.

Humanity has always had a knack or need for venturing out of its conformities. Take the early history of Homo Sapiens for example. We were cave-dwelling animals, living in shelter, safe from the hazards of outside. But when we ran out of food or firewood, we had to march out into unknown, hostile territory. Why?  Because survival necessitates effort.  It was risky, uncomfortable, and dangerous, but essential. It simply wasn't possible to live without exposing yourself to danger. As we climbed the ladder of progression, our need to expose ourselves to danger decreased. We devised new, safer and better ways to guarantee our survival. Just look at the life of a modern-day human. He doesn't need to hunt for food, gather timber for fire, and cover himself with makeshift clothes made out of tree leaves. Instead of caves, we now live in homes. Instead of hunting, we now work jobs to put food on the table. Instead of burning fire, we have electricity. We live a life full of processed ...

To Think Is To Be

No, this quote isn't a copy of René Descartes's principal, "I think, therefore I am." Yes, I came up with this myself before I read that. With that out of the way, let's come to the point of discussion. What makes us, us? What defines the uniqueness of each person's existence? What sets apart each human's life? Some common first guesses would be our life experiences, livelihood, tangible possessions, or physical characteristics. But in my humble, out of touch with reality, and unqualified opinion, it's our thoughts, our thinking. A phrase that is thrown out a lot these days is "Escape the matrix." The first thing that comes to mind upon hearing that, particularly due to the stupid YouTube shorts and Instagram reels, is that we need to stop binge watching Netflix, doom scrolling on social media apps, consuming processed food, and start to hustle and grind to break out of poverty and make a large sum of money just so you can buy the latest Lamb...

The biggest intoxication to modern man: Lawfulness equates Justice.

The modern judicial system is an inherently flawed system which was never meant to help the poor, common person. If a person got wronged by someone, he can't get him apprehended directly. To get his justice, he has to sue him. After that, he needs to gather enough evidence to make a compelling case. Then, he has to get a lawyer who will be the main representative of his stance. And then the process proceeds to the actual matter.  In all of this, the original act of the wrongdoing loses its sense of severity and meaning and instead becomes a technical shitshow of who has the best access to resources, lawyer firms and understanding of legal loopholes.  Every day, we hear about cases which have been going on for decades without showing any tangible progress. Poor widows going to the courts every week to fight for their rightful land which has been occupied by either some family goon or a powerful political person.  Every day, we hear about families protesting at intersection...
